I was born and raised in Venezuela. I hold a Computer Science degree from Universidad Nacional Experimental del Táchira, and started my professional career building database-driven web applications.

Then, I joined Ojala, an online education platform in Latam where I participated in the overall maintenance of the platform, as well in the creation of different dashboards and reports to monitor active users and subscribers, churn, LTV, and CAC by customer segment.  

Then, I joined Splice.com, where I was able to work on different projects, including: the creation of a data pipeline mirroring the primary backend MySQL database in BigQuery using Apache Beam, zendesk/maxwell, and Apache Airflow. After backend refactored the MySQL database, migrated the MySQL-to-BigQuery pipeline to Fivetran and Jenkins. Leveraged Fivetran integrations for ingestion of additional, third-party services and wrote a custom integration for AskNicely using Apache Beam. Cultivated datasets and dashboards for each business function’s KPIs, including product management, marketing, finance, artist partnerships, and business development.
